 MotorStorm: Pacific Rift “Looking Good!” Photo Competition
With the MotorStorm: Pacific Rift version 1.01 game update, we launched a new and improved Photo Mode to enable you to take even more stunning pictures of your brutal off-road experiences.
Now, in an exclusive competition on VIP.MotorStorm.com, we want to give you the chance to show off your best snaps in superb style.
We want your best shots using the improved Photo Mode (or any really good ones you’ve already taken!) that capture the thrills of race action and the savage beauty of the island.
Up to 40 of the best pictures will each be considered for inclusion in one of our future updates as a loading screen image (with your PSN Online ID signed on it as the credited creator).
Imagine how sweet it would be to start up a race, with your mates sitting around on the sofa, and seeing your photo displayed (with your name on it) on the loading screen before the race!
To make your mark in your favourite game and to take your place in MotorStorm history, either post up to 3 of your best pictures into the competition thread on the VIP.MotorStorm.com forums or email them to competitions@community.eu.playstation.com, with “MotorStorm Photo” in the subject field. Please ensure that each photo is named after your PSN Online ID e.g. “MusterBuster_01.jpg” To submit a photo: 1. Pause the game and take a photo using Photo Mode. 2. Export the photo from your Gallery (in your Garage) to your XMB. 3. Transfer the photo from your XMB to your PC (and email it or host it on a website and post it in the competition thread). PLEASE BE SURE TO STATE WHICH COUNTRY YOU ARE FROM WHEN YOU SUBMIT YOUR PHOTO!
Your entries should reach us by 23:59 GMT on Tuesday 31 March 2009 to be eligible. You must be aged 16 or over to take part. Further terms and conditions are listed below.
Terms and Conditions
1. The Competition is open to residents of Austria, Australia, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States aged 16 or over except employees of the Sony Computer Entertainment companies, their families, agents or any other person professionally connected with the Competition.
2. Maximum of 3 photos may be submitted per household.
3. Total file size of emails must not exceed 2Mb.
4. All entries must be received by 23:59 GMT on Tuesday 31 March 2009 (the Closing Date)
5. Winners will be notified via email within 28 days of the competition Closing Date and must respond within 28 days of receiving the notification to claim their prize.

Please make sure to state which country you're entering from when submitting your photos! The photos submitted so far are extremely impressive, and could be quite hard to beat. I'm looking forward to seeing other people try, though! smrtb0mb, you are eligible, as far as I am aware (the PlayStation.Blog states that residents of the United States and Canada can enter). I'm not sure why it doesn't state Canada in this thread (I'll try and get that changed).

I agree - some awesome stuff so far! The question is - can anyone get a better face-sign picture than MB?

I had to repost my submission because I couldn't figure out how to edit my message. :/ PSN: DARK_JAK_911 Region: United States 
(Taken on the race "All Terrain Vengeance," really shows what the race is all about. ) 
(Taken on the race "Red Ring of Death," it show's how brutal this race is, seeing as the biker on the right got smashed right after I took this) These are the same pictures I posted before, I just needed to add my region so I'd be completely eligible.
